But seriously this record labels are getting out of control focusing on trends rather then potential, the brother needs to get out his got the fanbase, the experience and connections to be independent he won't starve to death

Yeah, in fact he is doing great. he is growing every single year, but not exponentially as expected by someone who is signed by def jam. i also believe that he should go independant, maybe until another reocerd label that is serious wants him.
