Axis Operations - DLC 3 - Axis Operations 1940
The DLC series “Axis Operations” will expand the Panzer Corps 2 setting with new operations on the German side. The second DLC, Axis Operations 1940, will focus on famous battles and campaigns in 1940.

I think it depends on what type of Airport/Airstrip you have and what planes can rebase there

You can't rebase because of range, you have to take other airfields closer then you can rebase them there. After that they can rebase near Oslo. you can't reinforce paratroopers because they are encircled
