Confused, how does Fasting lower the insulin in your blood. Would you need some molecule such as Glucose to force the Insulin to work and disapear.

when you eat, your body will break down the food into glucose which means your blood sugar will increase, then your body produces insulin. Therefore, if you fast, no extra glucose coming from your food intake, then you dont have to produce much insulin.

Trying figure out myself that's why i got here. I feel low sugar level symptoms after meal with loads of carbohydrates, especially potatoes to be more specific. Not long after i have sweats, shaking hands and hunger so i guess cause of it is too much insulin released in answer to carbs. Not always but it happens. Got glucometer and i never was below range, but in lower range of normal, but that is not most strange thing here. I can eat like a horse without gaining fat. I'm bodybuilding counting calories and its mind blowing how far i can go without getting fat and actually lose weight on amount of calories which will make any person i know obese within weeks. Any ideas??

It could be a number of things. And there are so many individual factors.
Are you a natural bodybuilder? Taking supplements? Have you had your blood and urine checked? Have they checked for disorders involving insulin or kidneys? Checked the GFR levels? Blood work can show a lot.
Do you use nicotine? I knew lots of girls who were afraid to stop smoking because they'd gain weight quickly. It could be metabolic. Sweats and shaking could be from many things. I'd see a doctor and get the blood work done so that you have facts to work with. Good health!

Personally, I have been, for the most part, eating similar to a keto diet (before it was a thing). For instance, thick peanut butter on bread, no jelly… I have moved to flour tortillas and Iif I want some chocolate, I would have peanut butter with each bite. Candy bars with nuts are helpful. A doctor diagnosed me with reactive hypoglycemia. What my body has “told” me is equal or less carbs with protein. I avoid cereals, donuts, bread and colas. If I want to have, say a donut, I will eat some protein first. I have never had a weight issue with the exception of receiving a steroid shot. I gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks and didn’t know why. Scary! I will NEVER have anything to do with steroids. It took almost 8 years to get back to my weight. It has been six years of being back to my weight.
With carbs, I do notice different sensitivities (although sometimes it could be the oil foods are cooked in) such as my nose getting congested shortly after eating. OR I feel a sort of surge after a meal with corn syrup, whereas a different, shorter surge from agave syrup and no surge from 100% maple syrup. I like cinnamon, but beware because, at least for me, it lowers blood sugar. EVERYTHING consumed must be personally assessed for your individual body. Such as salad dressings because vinegar can lower blood sugar, too.
So, if I choose to eat a sandwich on bread, I might eat a pickle spear. In the case of cinnamon, I like hot chai (tea wit spices), but generally don’t like to eat food with hot drinks, but I have to be prepared for the lowering glucose. Peanut butter crackers are my go-to source.
Be careful out there because driving with low blood sugar is like driving drunk with possible vision impairment and brain fog and anxiety. I think that much of road rage is due to low blood sugar. IMO
I should note that I naturally have a suppressed appetite. Most people cannot fathom : “ I forgot to eat”.
Instead of hunger pangs, I will begin to feel nauseous.
In my personal world, growing up, my mom was the opposite. She was overweight with a thyroid issue and was very protective of her. I do feel that the family psychology plays a part as well as dna and other factors. All my life, in general I have eaten small portions, and having eaten larger portions would be uncomfortable, sometimes all through the night. The thing is, that other people ‘s desire, ability, etc. to eat larger portions would feel the need to comment on the amount of food that I eat. For me, the benefit would be one $10 meal would be two $5 meals, ordering from the menu being cheaper than all-you-can eat.
Sorry so long, but if my trial and errors can help anyone…super.
    Good luck and take care.

And chelate but easier said than done done when you have adrenal burn out. No doctor ever talks about mercury. They avoid it like the plague. 😢
