  • CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
    - 6oz Chicken Breast Tenders
    - 56g Panko Bread Crumbs
    - Assortment of Spices (Garlic Powder, Paprika, Black Pepper, Basil, etc.)
    - 2 eggs (no yolk)
    WAFFLE INGREDIENTS
    - 4oz Oat Milk (or any milk)
    - 2oz Water
    - 15g Protein Powder
    - 53g Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix
    - 114g (8tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup
    INSTRUCTIONS
    - Mix Panko bread crumbs & Spices into bowl
    - Whisk eggs into another bowl (remove yolks if you’re not using egg whites)
    - Dip chicken tender into the eggs then cover with the Panko bread crumb mix
    - Repeat with all chicken tenders
    - Cook in air fryer for 12 minutes at 400°
    - Mix oat milk, water, protein powder, and Kodiak protein pancake mix together and blend
    - Cook in waffle maker
    - Place chicken tenders on top of waffle
    - Add sugar free syrup on top
    - Enjoy! :)
