    Is it necessary to roast them. Can't we eat them after soak overnight without roasting. Please reply..

    no need to use salt water...u can dry roast in salt

      Khali salt dalne se salt jal jata hai but seeds namkeen taste nhi aata

      Without salt it's not tasty. If you able to eat without salt it's very good to eat.
      namak ke bina isaka svaad nahin aata. agar aap bina namak ke kha sakate hain to yah khaana bahut achchha hai.
      ఉప్పు లేకుండా రుచిగా ఉండదు. ఉప్పు లేకుండా తినగలిగితే తినడం చాలా మంచిది.

      Generally no need to worry about the quality, mostly no difference between.
      You can soak Pumpkin overnight and take it.

      Maybe Will get an indigestion problem, you can take overnight soaked seeds. Better to get the doctor's advice.

      Our digestive system can be strained when digesting raw seeds, so it's advisable to lightly roast them.
      Additionally, roasted seeds can be preserved for many days.

      This recipe is rich in Plant protein, fiber, fatty acids, and omega-3, it has very very less carbohydrates, than no chance to increase the weight.

      If we consume raw seeds, our body cannot digest them. Additionally, if we want to store them for a long time, we should lightly dry roast.
      The nutritional values are lost only when we roast them heavily so not in our case.
