Just my crazy theory, either Vess DeRogna or Trent Ikithon was Matt’s original plan to be seeking the power of the Somnovem. Molly’s death offered a opportunity to Matt to change course and have the fun dynamic with the story. Just my thought since if feel like that story arc is a little disjointed at this moment. Regardless it’s been a fun ride and I’m excited to see how C2 ends up concluding and what’s next for the gang. Cheers critters.
There's so many things to say about this episode. We've got all the Molly-references! The bad jokes! The fact that they spent three hours on 30 seconds of in-game time! The buildup to a final fight! The constant mlm wlw solidarity! This episode, while mostly combat, has already become one of my absolute favorites, and next episode will likely be no different
These edits perfectly highlight how the members of the cast are having their own little interactions that often go unnoticed yet are comedy gold. Nice work Nico!

Because it’s a callback to a moment between Nott and Molly near the start of the campaign. Nott tried to steal from Fjord but Molly caught her in the act and said that she should only steal from grumpy people, not happy people. When Molly died, Nott’s final words to him were ‘I don’t steal from happy people.’ So Sam got the quote a little wrong, but it’s more or less the same thing.
While I really enjoyed the entire video (thank you for all your work), what brought me the most joy was the outtake bit where you can see just how much fun they are all genuinely having...all I can say is to all those critics that have surfaced, enjoy your bile...I will choose to appreciate all that true enjoyment each of those good folks have shared with us...again, thank you for the video...
I love the continued story of Molly and it makes me sad to think that whole this is the Aeor arc, this technically is Molly's arc. Long May Molly Reign, Lucien will be defeated and I hope if they can't get Molly back, Matt will Allow Taliesin a few rods from Molly before he and Lucien die if they do.
