This was THE most influential movie during my junior high and early high school years. Summer of 2002 my band Windsor Airlift literally watched this movie every day during band practice. Defining moments. I own 2 VHS and 2 DVDs. Now my kids love this film and it's on regular rotation in our home.

If you were a church-going teenager or young adult, you probably had a favorite cut from the soundtrack (mine was Pax 217’s “AM”) and a favorite quote from the movie (“For the love of donuts, let’s go!”) And yes: That is the voice of Zuko.

the irony of you guys uploading this when I had just found my old dvd copy probably the same month. anyway the 4 guys I was best friends with in most of highschool well this was our fire. this takes me baaaaack good lord. I was like 13 when I first saw this and I'm now 31 and I still had most of the lines memorized and made me cry. we parted ways mostly after graduating things happen. but I will forever love this piece of art. the early 2000's were a really strange beautiful time for millennials let alone others. thanks for sharing this freely. one love.

What an incredible film. This movie holds a very special place in my heart and had a real impact on my life and career as a filmmaker. I watched this movie no less than 200 times growing up. I have never met anyone else who has ever seen this movie so it has always felt like this very special film that was made just for me. The nostalgia I have for this film is enough to bring tears to my eyes and remind me of a simpler time as a kid. Before the world sinks its sharp ugly teeth into you. I'm very grateful to the creators and the wonderful people who made this film for bringing me so much joy as a kid, memories as a young adult, and peaceful nostalgia as an adult. As a filmmaker I love hearing these types of stories about my older work so I hope this means something to those who poured themselves into this project. Much love and respect.
This is awesome!! I was a youth pastor when this came out and every year I’d pull out the VCR tape and pop it in for an end of school year party. Great memories! I loved both of the Moment Of Truth films as a kid, had them on VHS. I remember Extreme Faith being showcased on ESPN or something like that. I was PSYCHED when I heard Extreme Days was coming out and I saw it in the theater with my siblings, we had a blast! Have it on DVD somewhere, would love to have it on Blu-ray!

1 year late to this post but does anyone know where to get a DVD Copy of it anywhere?! My childhood friends and I grew up watching this movie and their dad had to to cut a copy from the VHS into a DVD for me, and I have the only one. I’m so glad others have heard of this movie!!! Forever one of my favorite movies. I had a VHS and wore it out and my DVD copy eventually quit working. My dad and I were just talking about Spoons and I said “like the scene from Extreme Days?” and even though I know I subjected him to watching it 377985325773387 times when I was younger, he had somehow forgotten the scene. If I remember correctly, the DVD had a version with a dub of the cast watching it and you could hear the tidbits and behind the scenes stuff.
