This is a fantastic floor plan. I wish it had a general wc accessible to people from the lobby, however we can edit this and design as per convenience. 😍 ♥
After watching 100's of videos I found the right plan for my 30X59 north east corner plot. Thanks my friend..! If possible please upload 1st floor plan as well..!
If I have to make a plan for myself. I will make only 2 toilets master bed toilet . And the other bed room toilet should be general toilet facing the tv room and I won't be keeping toilet in drawing room bc it doesn't look good from my point of view. Thanks for the idea btw😊

The common wall between those two bathrooms will be of 7 feet height and at that level, slab is laid for the outer bathroom and then the gap of 3 feet height will be available for the inner bathroom up to outer wall to put a ventilator. From outside two separate ventilators will be seen one up and one down. For further convenience, the outer bathroom may be built 2 feet down to get extra height.

The roof of the outer bathroom will be lowered about 3 feet and make it 7 to 8 feet. Then there will be a gap of 2 to 3 feet to provide ventilation to the inner bathroom.
