I don't think they need a lawyer because it's a criminal case. This is Nana Yaa vs the State ( Ghana) so the state prosecutor who is the state's lawyer will stand in for the deceased person and so Nana Yaa is supposed to hire a lawyer to defend her.. Anyway that is my little knowledge.
