Thank you for sharing! I’ve been trying to come up with an economical lift design for a planer and miter saw and I really like how you incorporated a turning wheel. Your ideas are wonderful and I appreciate you sharing them. I think you could be a fabulous teacher, too, if you offered a little more information - even if in writing as the video plays. For example size of bits, depth of holes, supplies needed, etc. All can be done without actually talking… You have such a gift!

Гениальная идея! Настоящий технологический взлет. Технический прогресс дошел до того, что мы изготавливаем инструменты и станки самостоятельно как в средневековье, вместо того что бы их просто покупать. По-моему мы повернули не туда. Выше написанное не относится к изобретению а к тому что не смотря на роботизации и автоматизацию производств, цены на оборудование бывают просто астронамические. Автор молодец, но замечания есть. Нужно сделать каркас из металла и нормальные металлические ножки- подпорки из металла с надёжным фиксируемым креплением, которые будут невосприимчивы к более высоким нагрузкам и вибрации. Не очень то приятно будет если конструкция опустится во время работы от вибрации или более сильной нагрузки сверху.

I'm part way through finishing the inside of a 12' x 8' workshop and as it happens, I have a router table that I've never got round to setting up & an old scissor jack. So once I have the floor levelled & paved, I'll be building another bench and one of these :O)

As a retired wood worker the slickest part is the fold under feature. Out of the way when you don’t need it is huge.

Херня эта самоделка, расшатается через месяц и будет ходить ходуном. Это я тебе как столяр говорю.
Тоже раньше ничего небыло, начал потихоньку копить иструменты, два года гараж строил в одного, сейчас есть почти все, главное желание и цель 👋

@@Emshan_tv У меня ленточная пила сделана из фанеры, и там куча саморезов закручено в торец. Без клея. За 3 года что-то не расшаталось.

I can't begin to say how awesome that really is. You make some amazing designs. I had to subscribe to this channel. Coming off 40 years of doing hardwood floors im setting up shop to play in. This will definitely be incorporated into it.

Nice project! My only concern would be the tapped holes in the wood, surely a threaded insert would be more robust.
I was looking for this comment. I couldn't believe that he really did this and wanted to have it confirmed. If this is supposed quality work, I really don't want to see something that is poorly made. Horrible!

I built one on a slightly larger scale following your model and it works perfectly. I also applied the idea to an older circular saw I had laying around and it works as well as the router

Awesome!! I would put threaded inserts for clamping the legs. The threaded wood won't last many uses. But I loved the idea and execution!

Great project and video. Generally I jump past videos that start building something without revealing what we’re building. I wanna know what I’m spending my time on before I spend my time. This video, though, intrigued me from the very beginning and continued to get better. Somewhere during the video I figured out what we were building and the video got even better. Not only was the project unique and ingenious. But the video itself was truly very well done. Thank you. Good Job.

ok das is wirklich ne coole idee für alle die in ihrer werkstatt mit holz arbeiten...man könnte sich auch ne festo-tischfräse kaufen aber die sin teuer und so hat man das ganze auch noch selber gemacht und kann stolz drauf sein...stark
I was once called to a work site to attend plant breakdown. Having finished on site, I left - well got to the gate - and found myself locked in. Being what it was, the gate was double vehicle width metal construction frame with wire infill. I was in the works van - complete with its jack - which I used to jack the gate off its hinges. I then hinged open the gate on the lock, drove out and closed the gate but did not put it back on its hinges.
