Yes, Barbara appeared on an episode of Ann's "PRIVATE SECRETARY", "The Big Shot" {January 6, 1957}, also featuring Joe Flynn {"McHALE'S NAVY"} in another guest-starring role [the next time they appeared together in the same episode was that 1968 "JEANNIE" episode, "Dr. Bellows Goes Sane"], Barbara doesn't recall ALL the details of her appearance, but remembers Ann's attitude to this day...
@BobChippewa beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so too comes love. Some relationships don't make sense but their on scream chemistry was one of a kind. You could see true love in their interactions, especially the earlier seasons.
This is a true story. My grandmother worked in Beverly Hills, and on her lunch break, she would shop. She saw Ann Sothern in a dress shop with dark glasses on and a scarf on her head. She said the shop keeper said in a voice everyone could hear, "That's Ann Sothern." All the customers stared and whispered. My grandmother, however, knew it was Ann, had already smiled at her, and left her alone. She told my grandmother, :Thank you for being a lady." Maybe Ann disliked fans or young people.
Barbara, I must say, has kept her beauty and charm all these years since that 1957 I Love Lucy appearance.
Barbara Eden is beautifull and looks as great now as she did when she guest Stared on I Love Lucy.
Such a classy lady!!!

i would have died if Lucille Ball took my costume and bedazzled it.
Does anyone know that other "star" Ms. Eden referred to as being not so nice to her?
Desi was a successful bandleader in real life B4 he ever hooked up with Lucy!

Yeah, Desi had no talent. He simply created the biggest production studio in Hollywood. That's all.
