Personally, I find the tuquoise colour anywhere but the beach and possibly a garden party in July jarring. I get a headache looking at these colours juxtaposed in the city. I get it: this woman loves colour. So her Kelly bag, sans turquoise pantalones , would've provided the shot of unusual and ubexpected. Now, her outfit looks bipolar. One part sane, the other - nuts.
