The most delicious homemade bread in 10 minutes that not everyone knows about! 1 gram of yeast!

  • 300 ml cold water.
    8g salt.
    Stir until the salt dissolves.
    Sift 400 g flour.
    1 g dry yeast (1/4 teaspoon).
    Mix everything together.
    Make a well in the flour.
    Add water and salt.
    Knead the dough with a spatula.
    Continue kneading the dough with your hands.
    The dough is very sticky.
    Form the dough into a ball.
    Use a wet spatula.
    Cover the dough with cling film.
    It took me 5 minutes to knead the dough.
    Let the dough sit at room temperature for 12 hours.
    Grease baking tins with vegetable oil.
    Baking pan size 20*10 cm.
    Mold depth 7 cm.
    I use 2 baking pans.
    You can bake 1 loaf of bread from this amount of dough.
    The dough turned out well.
    It is good to sprinkle the table with flour.
    Place the dough on the table.
    Dust a spatula with flour.
    Divide the dough into 2 parts.
    Fold the dough like I did.
    Repeat after me.
    Form each piece of dough into a ball.
    If the dough sticks to your hands.
    Dust the dough with flour.
    Pour the dough into a baking dish.
    Cover the dough with cling film.
    Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
    The dough should increase by 2-3 times.
    For the test you only need 10 minutes of active work.
    The dough rose well.
    Preheat the oven to 250 C.
    While the oven is heating, place a metal pan in the bottom of the oven.
    It must be hot.
    Place the bread in the oven.
    Pour 1 cup of cold water into the hot metal container at the bottom of the oven.
    This is necessary to create steam.
    Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 250°C for 5 minutes.
    After 5 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 200°C.
    Bake the bread for 40-50 minutes.
    Wait until the bread turns golden brown.
    The bread is ready!

      Hello! Try to choose the shape yourself... I use small shapes so that the bread is portioned.
