    It's good you are making videos of how things can change after a divorce. Commonly people think that a divorce is always final but also from my friends experience I know it is not. A friend got divorced and they were separated for 4.5 years before getting back together. Many people has told me to give up (parents, friends) and try to find another woman, but I"m not going to. An idea for a next video: "Why you should not listen to parents or friends after a breakup or divorce"
    Most probably they give bad advice based on their life experiences and incapabilities. If they were not able to save their relationships, then you will not either. BS.

      You got it! I have seen success in so many of my clients, even after divorce. At the end of the day, if you become irreplaceable, she will pick you!
      Thank you for your suggestion. Nearly every video I have published has highlighted this misconception from mainstream advice. If someone has never been in your situation and has never achieved the results you desire, are they the ones we should be seeking advice from?
      I offer my clients and viewers a counter way of thinking from the standard advice, then show the proof of what can happen when adopting a different approach and let people decide for themselves.

    Thanks Ian! I am watching this from Africa and working towards joining as well. I don't know when I will be ready financially but from everything I have watched I am convinced it will be well worth the investment. I am stoked because you mirrored the very sentiment I have drawn from watching the videos and the interviews: "It's no longer about my relationship. It's about my life."

    My marriage door is pretty much closed. 18 months in she decided to put distance between us with our twins in tow. We kept consistent contact for about 6 months and I played everything the wrong way. I didn’t want to give all control back to her. We are a year separated, I filled out and sent divorce paperwork as she has a live in boyfriend well life goes on and we will all heal.

    Hey, my girlfriend of 6 months broke up with me and said she lost feelings and doesnt think we should try, i said im open to talk if she feels like it, but otherwise went zero contact, to work on my internal shifts. Now should i try to talk to her casually as "friends" and slowly show her my internal shifts or should i wait til she reaches out to me? I undersand im doing these internal changes for myself but shes open to still talking casually, i assume in her mind as "friends". Any advice here

      I would not follow up, but if you have social media, you can show her indirectly how youve changed. Again, reaching out to her to show you have changed will seem very forced. Women are very emotional and are like cats and will come to you if they feel like it. Continue to better yourself in the meantime

    I've been having good interactions left and right with the wife, not overly chasing but not shutting down any time she contacts me and keeps talking. She keeps saying she will never come back to me, even if I don't bring it up. Kinda odd, I don't let it phase me and keep being me. Often I get her to laugh and smile but also point out differences from old me. Around 18 minutes into this video is the part I like, how he actually told his ex-wife about you Geoffrey and straight up said "yeah" about learning stuff on youtube. How he explained the concepts he learned like how they started off with passion (like my wife and I did) and did not build the bottom layers of the mountain.

    Geoffrey, I was doing massive inner changes but made the mistake of still having contact with some of her family members, she had an anger attack on me wgen she found out, telling me I wanna manipulate her with being close to people she is close to. To be around. And now she asked me to stop talking and blocked me. She regretted and saix she wasnt ready yet, and told me to not feel attached to her and that our future as a couple is on Gods hand . I agreed. What should I do? I keep working on myself no matter what

    • @bforto.2082

      The biggest reason to stop talking is cause she thought I was too invasive and her own outburst of anger...

    Geoffrey, what are the books behind you?

    • @GeoffreySetiawan
      @GeoffreySetiawan  Год назад +13

      It changes - Those are the books I've recently read, are reading, or wanting to revisit. Right now, they are either in the category of:
      - Investments (I've recently been investing in stocks and real estate).
      - Biology and health (My wife and I have made it a goal to optimize our health and longevity to recover it after dealing with the intense stresses of business for many years).
      - Novels (My wife and I stopped watching TV and started reading books as our primary source of entertainment to lower dopamine addiction and to further quiet our mind).
      - Parenting books (My wife and I are planning on having children soon and educating ourselves as much as possible on the principles of parenting.)

    • @marko5472

      I went through divorce last year. Worst moments in my life but now I have a much better relationship with my ex-wife than before. I never wanted a divorce but after talking with therapists and friends they told that it is better to let her have what she thinks is better. I'm quite sure she may come back some day if I don't give up and continue improving those things that caused problems in the first place. This is a life long process and if she comes back, I must still continue working to be irreplaceable because I can't go back to my old behaviour. She is calling me every day and we meet up now and then, so things are quite good.

    it could have been more better if you could post new technique as well many of your videos are repeated things many times. 😅

    • @GeoffreySetiawan
      @GeoffreySetiawan  Год назад

      Might be a good idea to watch the interview you commented on in full. As I said - I could give people the tactics and techniques, but without the right internal shifts, it's going to backfire HARD.
      So why don't I share specific techniques on my channel?
      Not because I can't...
      Not because it's not convenient for me...
      But because it actually does you negative good.

      @@GeoffreySetiawan First i would like to apologize as english isnt my mother language, so it might be misinterpreted.
      What i mean by technique here is new stuff, new information, new subject. Like been mentioned in your interview with Eve, such campaign and phase. what are they? it would would be help to breakdown that things in video as well for us who is not fortunate enough with money to buy the program
      I have watch all your vidoes and thanks to that while Iam not there yet but i slowly developed BPV and unthetering now because i know there is no goal to better person than iam today.

      from what i saw is, no matter how long your relationships are.
      if one or both person is unhappy, it means there is lack of safety in that relationships.

    They never actually divorced. She just filed.

    • @GeoffreySetiawan
      @GeoffreySetiawan  Год назад +5

      Not correct - Think about it.
      He joined the program AFTER she filed for divorce.
      They officially got divorced pretty early on in Ian's time in the program.
      He was in the program for YEARS before they reconciled again.
      Stop trying to lessen or make light of other's situations, their changes, or the feats they accomplished :)
      P.S. I used to to this a lot - I used to belittle other people's accomplishments.
      I never realized how that mindset kept me back so much...
      And once I stopped belittling other's accomplishments, making bad assumptions, etc..
      And once I started to instead LEARN from them, ASK THEM QUESTIONS, and actually sought to DO IT MYSELF...
      That I became a multi-millionaire, created the marriage of my dreams, the life of my dreams, etc...
      I suggest you start doing the same :)
      Our time in this life is short...
      Don't waste time belittling other people's journeys...
      Start elevating yours...
