      Thank you. This fish is called "Atka mackerel." It's very delicious😊

    The pot handle does not come off with heavy weight? How does it stay attached or locked on?

    Is that store bought (processed) miso or fresh?

      This is a processed miso that you can buy at the store.

      @@Japanesepuni so store bought processed miso lacks some of the good qualities fresh would have. Like eating sauerkraut made from white vinegar or sauerkraut made from naturally fermentation
