I have one thawed out in the fridge right now. I'm wondering if I could take the netting off to spread the skin out better and then re-string it with butcher's string without it falling completely apart? I have a roll in the drawer.
You definitely could, depending on how well the roast is put together. I’ve had one that was in two pieces, mostly one, but some have had it in 3-4 pieces.
Grow up, bro. You understood her. No need to try and teach a lesson. The only thing I learned from your comment is how kind and patient Courtney is for entertaining your pretentious comment.
This is dope. Gonna try this Sunday.
Thank you! We hope you love it!!

From where do u buy it?
I bought this at my local ALDI during the Thanksgiving holiday. I've seen it at ShopRite and heard Walmart has it as well.
Do you have a preference between this method and the slow cooker? They both look great and I can’t decide which to do for Thanksgiving! ❤
I definitely recommend the slow cooker for Thanksgiving. It comes out so tender and you can make a delicious gravy! 🥳
I take the netting off.
Sometimes they have a piece or two not connected. I’ve personally had it happen once but some say they come in a few pieces 😳
Was that a 3 or 4lbs breast?
Each boneless breast should weigh 3lbs!
Looks nice but you're not "actually" using avocado oil, you're using avocado oil. Make sense?
Maybe it's all the holiday prep, but I'm not following?
lol…of course you’re not.
4:28 I said I’m using olive oil. That’s why I reiterated, “I’m actually using avocado oil”. I hope you’re having a great Thanksgiving by the way!

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I truly appreciate the kind words and support, it means a lot!
