Hello mam, I have completed my BSc from IGNOU but I’m likely to receive my degree in next one - two months . PU’s website says that we can take admission if our degree hasn’t arrived , but yesterday when I visited the campus to confirm this , they denied that they can’t enrol me . But if their site have that option then why they can’t enrol me ? Could you please tell me if I can still apply?

CDOE is a distance mode institution and provides classes, mentor mentee meet,study material, takes internal assessment and facilitates counselling. Private mode provides admission and examination and is directly under controller of examination, it is not a depaetment

I was trying to get admission through CDOE.But they did not provide any help.They asked me to fill the online application myself.
