For everyone in the comments saying "this isn't new"...this isn't new to YOU. Loads of people have not known about this and didn't grow up with this as a staple in their homes, and that's ok. Let people enjoy trying things that are new to them.

I felt like them I just wasn't gonna say anything. It's not new to me. It's a childhood snack. But I am so loving that more people are discovering something I've loved for so long. I know you never know what other people know so I never thought about it but to find out this wasn't better known hurt a little cause it's delicious and is even better when shared. So I'm glad it's trending.

You forgot the salt...for anyone wanting to make a smaller batch of this use:
    3 TBL of Olive Oil
    2 TBL of Balsamic Vinegar
    1 TSP of Minced Garlic
    1 TSP of Italian Seasoning
1 TSP each of two Italian cheeses (like Asiago, Pecarino, Parmesan, Romano, etc.)
1/4-1/2 TSP of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1/4 TSP of Salt
I pretty much make this every Friday evening to have a fresh baked loaf of bread and a decent-yet-affordable bottle of wine with.

Why did people just now know about this dip? Lol been doing this for 26 years. The second my Italian immigrant grandma made it for me. And it's fricken delicious. I use romano fresh grated tastes elevated add Vidalia or green onions depends on what you life put it all combined with what they did little garlic but all together in the fridge over night bc I use it as a marinate or a dip even both. But 25 hours in fridge elevates it. I'm 60% Sicilian/Tuscany . So fricken good with semolina bread

I worked for a few years at Oil & Vinegar (and still sub for them) we have a balsamic like that. Oh my, I love teaching people how good oils and vinegars are and how they can enhance your dish/food. Look for the Oil & Vinegar USA store near you ❤❤

As someone who has a garden and just harvest garlic, fresh garlic is so white in color. It’s beautiful. So when I see or hear someone say it’s fresh garlic and I look at the color, it is not fresh. Obviously it can be eaten if you cure it and store it right, but after that time, it’s not “fresh”.
Btw she says crushed, not fresh but I still wanted to include this fact lol. I was so obsessed with my garlic. Amazing one head of garlic grew 20 new garlic heads
