For third time this year, Ald Colby Chapman (2nd) removed from City Council meeting

Mayor Chris Clark is using police intimidation to scare residents from City Council complaining about him meetings.
After he ordered police to remove Glynis James-Watson, Clark told police to remove Ald. Colby Chapman (2nd) after she defended James-Watson.
For months on end, Clark has ordered police to remove otherwise peaceful residents as Harvey government continues to free fall into dictatorship.
