Belt tensioner rattle noise 1991 Camaro RS 3.1

The shop that resolved this had asked me if they could replace the belt tensioner at least 2 different times in the past. I said yes both times even though I knew what would happen. Both times they put my original back on.

I’ve got a rattle again because I had to go with another belt to bypass the smog pump.
