It a very good biography on Marie Antoinette and when you see all this scenes. Maria Antoinette was 14 years old. Being the daughter of Empress Maria Therese of Austria, she didn’t receive an appropriate education as archduchess. When she arrived at France for being married to Delphinium Louis, she barely spoke French. Her marriage was consummated 11 years after, due to (a) an impediment by Louis, until he was submitted to a simple surgery (b) his repulse to her for being Austrian ; he was educated by a tutoring who taught him repulses to Austrian people. The farmers didn't wanted to plant anything on their fields because they took everything so they had nothing left to sell or to eat. A wonderfull lifestyle being the few people in france who didn't suffer. Of course just until they got executed by the angry people who were tired suffering.
i know times like these are hard and not all sunshine and rainbows like this portrays, but I think it would be amazing to live back then because of the style of everything. And without technology life would probably have been so much more fun
