I’m a dental hygienist and the best kept secret for good breath is a TONGUE SCRAPER. Most people don’t even know about this. The tongue gets food & plaque on it and people forget to clean it. So brush and SCRAPE it. Very fresh breath will follow 🎉

For example, yesterday I was out shopping and ran into a young woman who looked so put together. Well, I told her so and she totally opened up about it being her first time out in a while as she had a three month old at home! We chatted for a bit and she touched my arm before leaving me ……we had made a connection benefitting us both .🥰
Wonderful tips! I learned a lot of this from my mother. She taught me that the keys to good health are exercise, sleep, vitamins and water. I’ve always followed this. She also told me that we shouldn’t save our nicer clothes, jewelry and handbags for special occasions but wear and enjoy them every day.

I'm tall and always slouched growing up but remind myself to stand up straight as an older adult--better late than never!! And my adult daughters use the teeth strips and in a large family photograph for our wall--I realize my less-than-white tooth color is showing my age. Love your channel! I have oily skin and am prone to breakouts even at 57 so I am sticking with a light powder foundation that you can layer thinly or add more layers it comes in a satin finish and has iron oxides and zinc/titanium so it adds more sun protection and powder blush - both from Faeirie Organics. An excellent makeup company - the powder and liquid formulas have limited ingredients, perfect for acne prone skin. They also have a sheer veil you can put directly over sunscreen or over the powder foundation. With the right brush the coverage is FLAWLESS. I get compliments all the time. Cream foundations always break me out. I also use Demi pigment for under eye ❤
I think as you get older it is very important to invest in a good setting powder. I love Hourglass, expensive but worth it, has a slight sheen to it. I have dry skin. I love my Australis and Rimmel foundations, nothing fancy it is more what you put on top that matters. I also have the Laura Mercer setting powder but prefer HG, maybe better for the oily gals.
OMG, those perfumes are made In United Arab Emirates, where I live. I’m definitely going to buy. I’m using Chanel exclusive, 31 Rue Cambon as me evening fragrance and D&G blue for day time

Wonderful tips! I would add to the skincare using a body lotion that hydrated your skin is also a confidence booster as well as shaving!! Having smooth legs just feels good😊
Love your hair! Do you wash and style it daily? I’m in my 50’s and I’ve tried the wash your hair every few days and wear it in a messy bun but this makes me feel very unattractive.
I wash it every other day I’m careful not to have too much heat on it so let it dry as naturally as possible then I put some protective spray with volume in. I do clip it up in a chignon on days when I have to have it off of my face.
Great video as I work with 20/30-year-olds I am very aware of using, wearing etc. things that will not age me. I don't go out to look younger I go out to try and not look older, lol. I am thinking of getting my teeth done Invisalign or something I have found in the last few months my front teeth have moved around a bit, also have a couple of crowns. What was the procedure you had.
Hi. I've had raised skin spots addressed by my dermatologist. She rarely uses the electric burning. She uses dry ice in a spray can. Either way, the area scabs, eventually falls off leaving the area pink, which fades over time. But, they do come back. I am fair skinned, with broken capillaries and had few beauty marks on my legs. I tried in earnest to self tan, but the beauty marks got dark. I never self tanned again. Now, i have sun spots and i have 1 word to describe them - ugly.

I had fixed braces and then retainers similar to Invisalign. It was life changing ❤️
