I came back with a solution how to fix that. You need go to File - Project Settings - General and in that menu change in video rendering from CUDA to Software only. I fix my problem with changing type of renderer
ok on the timeline we cannot see any changing, but you can see that only after exporting video from premiere pro if we use CUDA. That very strange. I try to fix that and back with a solution
