Shinoda is underselling himself here. Chester was great, and necessary for the sound. But so was he. Chester was also a bit of a stiff performer and I’m sure having his friends there really helped him with his mental health. There was no Chester without the band and clearly he was wise enough to know that.

Infinite universe theory says there’s a reality where Chester chose to go his own away. I wonder what his music would have sounded like. An yes IUT means he’s still alive somewhere too

You are on the internet with no identity talking crap about someone who is dead. You are the definition of a coward.

Talking shit about a dead man on the internet… now that’s cowardice.

@@Dustomaticsuicide is almost always the cowards way out. And he permanently scarred and traumatized and passed on those demons rather than fight them. He may have been a great singer and a good friend to his band mates, but let’s not pretend like that just blankets and makes him a great person without failures. This was his greatest failure, and as a father - to pass on that demon rather than deal with it yourself, that’s the worst decision he could’ve ever made

You can't say he's a coward, just shut up if you don't have anything good to say, Chester suffered a lot of abuse from childhood to adolescence, you don't know anything about what he went through and you're minimizing other people's pain , you should be ashamed saying such nonsense on the internet about someone who passed away, go learn more about depression and suicidal feelings before saying such shit, this is a serious illness, so stop! !
