This is an ingeniously designed track! It took me AGES to work out how come the cars were able to reuse a portion of the track on each lap. 😂 Excellent use of the single lane pit extensions... 👏😊 Am I right in saying that you are running this race at about half speed? If so, that greatly adds to the enjoyment of it and makes it look much more realistic in my opinion... One of the things I DON’T like about most slot car races, is that the cars are usually driven WAY TOO FAST, which not only causes them to fly off the track far too often, but also makes for a very unsatisfying spectator AND driver experience, because it’s very hard to see, judge and appreciate the overtaking manoeuvres that are taking place and - equally importantly - the speeds are not in any way SCALE SPEEDS that realistically reflect the reduced scale of the cars and track... This is the same problem that afflicts a lot of the radio controlled model hobby... miniature propeller driven planes and boats being operated as though they are all propelled by jet engines and turning on a dime. Your races are WAY MORE entertaining to watch than all of the others that I’ve seen on RUclips, because the track designs are excellent, the action is close and well filmed, the race speeds make it easy to watch the manoeuvres, appreciate the skilful ones, and follow all of the race without losing track of what’s going on. Bravo and thank you! You’ve made me even more determined to get into the digital slot car hobby. 🖖😎
Hi Ba Bu, no I'm not bored at all. I have created many new race tracks over the years, and am having one in construction right now. Making another video just hasn't been a top priority anymore.
Hai Andrew, I started with a compleet starters set from DTM and expanded my tracks with expansion sets like 26956 and 30361 twice for lane switches. I also used the following extra curves for this: 1/60, 1/30, 2/30 and 3/30. Finally the bridge, the pit stop (with 1 pit stop extension) and 2 roadnarrows (both left and right) are used. For the layout then: there are 3 driver controls, a position tower, starting lights and slip strips for the pit stop, roadnarrows, out- and inside of a 1/60 curve and straights. Enjoy racing!
Very nice Track !

Cool Video...hot Race..:-)
Which are the dimensions (in meters if possible)?
Hi Symbian, I don't have the exact dimensions anymore, but the track is about 5.5 meters long and 2 meters wide.
Show 👏👏👏👏👏...
Are you bored of playing with it now?
