Using 330g 65% cocoa dark chocolate and 60g of milk chocolate (both in fairtrade edition of a local grocery store in Switzerland, Coop) and followed your instructions precisely. The result made the chocoholics (biggest part, very picky) at the table, melt in pure excitement. With a generous portion of double cream gruyère, everyone exceeded his daily calorie-dose by far, but also with a big smile. The guests already suggest other occasions, where this choco-dream would be a suitable dessert. 😉.

It was super easy to make; I did find that there was a lot of batter for such a small spring form pan and next time may try to make it in the next size up spring form pan; the cake did come out with the lovely crust; I used a stencil on top of the cake and sifted powered sugar on top of it, and served it with fresh raspberries. The cake was very difficult to cut, it was super crumbly. Yet the taste was delicious and everyone raved about it. The texture was light and airy, but the flavor was rich. Next time, I might add some flavor extract, like vanilla, coffee or almond.
This cake, what should I say. I am not a Gluten allergic but let me tell you. By far this cake is better than almost any other chocolate cake I ever tried. Who needs flour?

Ik this is two years late, but do you think some water might’ve gotten into the cake pan while baking? I’m no cooking/baking expert, but that might’ve caused it

エアインチョコをもっともっとふんわりした食感で、
口の中でトロける濃厚で贅沢なガトーショコラでした。
表面がえもじょわさんのみたいにならず、失敗したかなぁ〜と思ったけど、
断面はえもじょわさんのそれと同じで安心しました。
こんな食感のガトーショコラは初めてで美味しかったです。

when using 23 cm diameter baking tin, I know 6 eggs and 1 1/2 ingredients are needed. But what about the baking time? It is still 60 min?
Very easy to make. Mine didn’t come out with this crust on top, maybe I used bigger eggs, but it’s delicious 😋
For U.S. bakers:
1 cup chocolate (or 9 ounces)
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup of sugar
150c = 300 F

ガトショは本来バキバキに割れた見た目が成功の証なケーキなんで気にする事ないと思いますが、
見ばえ良くしたいなら、仕上げにえもじょあさんみたく泣かない粉糖かけたりするか、
がっつりフルーツやクリームでデコるとかですかね。

Mm I think you should have put it in the fridge overnight and then open the springform pan so that it will have body.
