@@andrewgabriel4408 Beneath The Remains is watered down Thrash Metal. Does not compare to the raw 1st Wave Death Metal of Morbid Visions and Bestial Devastation. Schizophrenia is Thrash as well but it maintains the rawness and aggression of the first two releases. Beneath the Remains goes into my “Boring Thrash albums” category with Testament’s Practice what you Preach, Megadeth’s Countdown to Extinction, and Anthrax’s State of Euphoria.
Not regurgitation for me to say Bolt Thrower - Warmaster was gateway Death Metal brilliance and so was Autopsy - Mental Funeral in the day. While I enjoy what you like, you're still a kid!

Beneath the Remains and Arise blurs together? I never thought that. There’s plenty of memorable parts on their. My favorite songs are ‘Sarcastic Existence’ and ‘Stronger than Hate’. ‘Murder’ and ‘Altered State’ are bangers too.

I have that Morgoth compilation on cassette. Yes, it is killer shit and the Pits of Utumno demo is great as well. Their Cursed album was the last good Morgoth record and after that it was all downhill.
Is Death Strike's "Fuckin' Death" demo before the Master "Unknown Soldier" demo? When the material is THIS early - every month counts! Also - which months did the Mantas and Possessed 1984 demos come out? Things were advancing on a month by month basis back then! Colombian band Parabellum's early rehearsal tape from February 1984 is the most extreme thing I've heard from that time but it's so crazy that it's hard to even call it Death Metal.

I own and like Clandestine and I love the real shit. Yeah, i agree, it's a bit of a downgrade from Left Hand Path, but it still has a good amount of the heaviness of the 1st one.

I agree. I like that Clandestine album but it is not as good as a lot of other stuff. Such as Left Hand Path, Dark Reconsecration, Dismember and (hot take) Desultory.
I like it better than Left Hand Path. The song structures and riffing is a bit more interesting to me and I think the vocals are not as strong but I’m there for the music.

The Cavalera Twins looked like they should be in a Glam band in the photos of the Biohazard sounding Beneath the Remains album . Beneath the Remains used every generic Thrash riff imaginable, and too many clean guitar sections. Other than Rex Irae ( Requiem) , Arise was totally forgettable. The gay ass concert in the desert videos were unwatchable. Sabbat UK 🇬🇧 destroy Paulo JR and the Cavalera Twins boyband take on Metallica plagiarism with the Randy Savage Vocals. According to Discogs, Left Hand Path was recorded in Dec 1989 and the test pressings came out the same month. It was officially released on June 1990.
I have a feeling that whenever Sepultura is being discussed, people often omit Schizophrenia, which is arguably their best release.

I agree. I like that Clandestine album but it is not as good as a lot of other stuff. Such as Left Hand Path, Dark Reconsecration, Dismember and (hot take) Desultory.
I like it better than Left Hand Path. The song structures and riffing is a bit more interesting to me and I think the vocals are not as strong but I’m there for the music.

The Sepultura thrash albums are like Testament albums - just a bunch of syncopated riffs on the E string that all sound the same. They'll throw a chord in at the end but it's just a monotonous chug. Boring AF.

Drummer Nicke Anderson provided every Voice layed down on the master tapes for Clandestine. The Cavalera Twins looked like they should be in a Glam band in the photos of the Biohazard sounding Beneath the Remains album . Beneath the Remains used every generic Thrash riff imaginable, and too many clean guitar sections. Other than Rex Irae ( Requiem) , Arise was totally forgettable. The gay ass concert in the desert videos were unwatchable. Sabbat UK 🇬🇧 destroy Paulo JR and the Cavalera Twins boyband take on Metallica plagiarism with the Randy Savage Vocals. How does it make no sense? Its literally part of music theory you get get music sheets explaining something can be mid tempo (130-150bpm)
