Well done for the explanation. I wanted to point out that first of all you attach a needle to the syringe and then take off the cap.
Correct -his sterile technique was very poor.

Sterile or even clean technique was not employed at all in this video. He grasped the needle hub with bare hands?
I get it in the arm
My injection is in the belly...alternating sides every 3 months.
