Congrats! I've been eyeing the striped one with the bee embroidery. I always wash my (nice) socks in gentle cycle inside a mesh bag with delicate detergent and softener that's scent free and color free (and in cold water). That is, assuming they are machine washable. If they're wool, you're probably going to want to dry clean them.
They look really cool, but not for me in terms of jewelry. I know some things are loud in this collection, but I tend to be more conservative with jewelry.

Thank you! I have seen it (actually did a review video earlier this year after the runway show). I'm interested as a collector, but it's not totally my cup of tea. I will not be getting in line, so it'll depend if I happen to land a red epi piece from the regular LV stores as opposed to the pop ups.

Both online and in stores. I think experiences always vary store by store and with each sales associate. I will say that because Gucci has become so popular, especially with people (i.e., kids), their stores get a lot of foot traffic by people who probably won't buy anything. That may have something to do with the customer service.
If I purchased them at Gucci, then I will definitely get it tailored by them and should be complimentary unless you're repairing something. If I got them at a department store, then I will get it altered by their in house tailors or use my own (both would have fees).

The fit regular unless it specially says it's a relaxed or tailored fit; the t-shirts (like the special edition ones) usually fit half to one size bigger though
FYI I'm pretty sure if the slippers are authentic the fur shouldn't shed. That's the case w Canada Goose, it should be the same with Gucci. If the fur is real it shouldn't fall off a lot. Maybe one or two but not shedding.
The kangaroo fur was much more susceptible to shedding than the lamb fur today. I got these from Gucci in the UK and I made that comment because I saw a couple of remaining pairs at Sak's on display that were going bald because so many people tried them on AND I know someone who has had the same issue, since he actually wore them out unlike me 😅
