I have a cataract I’m 33 it started 5 years ago now I’m scheduled to remove it in a few weeks I’m so happy because my eyes have been strained for so long.
They are basically a layer of protein which cover the lens of your eyes and prevents you from seeing clearly . Unfortunately, the only solution to cure cataracts are surgery

Okay but what are they? Is it scar tissue, the same film as is normally in the eye, etc.?
