I've seen many interviews by this Aquaman cast and I noticed Amber does not look at Jason at all but rather glancing at Patrick from time to time while she speaks. She seems uncomfortable having eye contact with Jason. Does it mean she does not like him or she likes him a lot? Jason is incredibly magnetic and it's not surprising for any woman to be uncomfortable around him.

I don´t think it explores any theme in any meaningful or existencial way that we haven´t seen a million times before (in maaaany classic movies like blade runner or american history x, and more modern blockbuster-like movies like the x-men films, or spiderman 2, or super, or...) But batman v superman its a completly different animal. Zakk snyder has some of the worst written movies Ive seen under his catalogue (like suckerpunch, the legend of the guardians, the lost tape...) and all of this shows in BvS. Not only a bad written movie full of plot-holes (yes, Im talking about the theatrical version here), but also full of the most generic and superficial character development Ive seen in years ("oh, Im a good journalist and I want to research stuff, but my newspapper won´t let me..." or "oh, I lost someone a long time ago so now I won´t let it happen again, and Im going over the edge because of it..." or "his mother´s name is the same than mine... what does this mean..?? did he grew with a mom like I did?? are we the same..??") Again, a bunch of GENERIC rookie writter stuff. The movie seems to name drop classic ideas and themes, refusing to explore them in any deep or original way... It just... Shows them on the screen for a couple seconds :S:S 2. Direction Zack snyder´s direction in MOS and BvS is also pretty generic, he even overshadows himself with his previous films (wich in my opinion are much more visually interesting). I like him, but we can´t forget his style of direction is very, VERY influenced by people like terry gilliam, luc besson and paul thomas anderson... I have to say, Im not your generic zack snyder hater, I like several of his movies. A trend of making comicbook characters "daark" and "gritty" that started years before with movies like x-men, batman begins, the hulk, even the amazing spiderman... A trend that in my opinion, and also many other´s people opinion, was a wrong choice and it did hurt the character of superman, and the way an entire new generation sees DC (not a change for better, I must say...) Also, I would say making movies about small characters like Iron Man or Thor was a big risk back in the day, as it was making guardians of the galaxy or antman later. Marvel may have a more family-friendly approach than DC these days, but they also took risks and succeded (so much in fact, that now DC feels the need of doing the same thing... another mistake, in my personal opinion) And yes, they have made some stinkers in marvel, and DC too, but the world is not black or white. I personally HATE this new trend that is growing since the early 2000s of DC is daark and Marvel is light (I think very family-friendly characters by DC like superman, wonder woman, the flash, shazam, green lantern... are usually hurt by this missconception; just like the dark marvel characters like the punisher, daredevil, ghost rider, or dr strange...) 3. Score Hans Zimmer is a genious, no one is arguing that (all tho I won´t go as far as calling him "the godfather of movie scores..." I think there are many guys just as good as him working right now like danny elfman, or thomas newman, or james horner, or alan silvestri, or ramin djawadi, or bear mcreary... and we´re not even talking about the classics, like john williams or basil poledouris) I agree with the fact that the MCU scores are much more generic than the DCeU sounctracks over all, but I think there are a few good soundtracks in the MCU (the avengers movie has a good soundtrack, the antman movie has a fine soundtrack, and who can forget about those first two Iron Man movies with Ac Dc songs making it all so much better xDxD), and also there are a few stinkers in the DCeU (the man of steel sountrack is amazing, and the wonder woman theme is cool, but... all the new batman themes, and all the NEW music in BvS and justice league drinks a lot from the Nolan trilogy in terms of score, and I don´t love the original soundtrack they are taking inspiration from that much in the first place, so..) I just think what he did wasn´t very good this time :S:S About the "taking comicbook characters and making them realistic" thing... He was just following a trend. A trend of making comicbook characters "daark" and "gritty" that started years before with movies like x-men, batman begins, the hulk, even the amazing spiderman... A trend that in my opinion, and also many other´s people opinion, was a wrong choice and it did hurt the character of superman, and the way an entire new generation sees DC (not a change for better, I must say...) Also, I would say making movies about small characters like Iron Man or Thor was a big risk back in the day, as it was making guardians of the galaxy or antman later. Marvel may have a more family-friendly approach than DC these days, but they also took risks and succeded (so much in fact, that now DC feels the need of doing the same thing... another mistake, in my personal opinion) And yes, they have made some stinkers in marvel, and DC too, but the world is not black or white. I personally HATE this new trend that is growing since the early 2000s of DC is daark and Marvel is light (I think very family-friendly characters by DC like superman, wonder woman, the flash, shazam, green lantern... are usually hurt by this missconception; just like the dark marvel characters like the punisher, daredevil, ghost rider, or dr strange...)

Hans Zimmer is a genious, no one is arguing that (all tho I won´t go as far as calling him "the godfather of movie scores..." I think there are many guys just as good as him working right now like danny elfman, or thomas newman, or james horner, or alan silvestri, or ramin djawadi, or bear mcreary... and we´re not even talking about the classics, like john williams or basil poledouris) I agree with the fact that the MCU scores are much more generic than the DCeU sounctracks over all, but I think there are a few good soundtracks in the MCU (the avengers movie has a good soundtrack, the antman movie has a fine soundtrack, and who can forget about those first two Iron Man movies with Ac Dc songs making it all so much better xDxD), and also there are a few stinkers in the DCeU (the man of steel sountrack is amazing, and the wonder woman theme is cool, but... all the new batman themes, and all the NEW music in BvS and justice league drinks a lot from the Nolan trilogy in terms of score, and I don´t love the original soundtrack they are taking inspiration from that much in the first place, so..)
I also agree with the fans being the problem, but I think its all of them... DC, MCU, Star Wars, Netflix or the CW... Everybody thinks they know everything, and you all think your opinion actually matters xDxDxD I constantly see people from both sides attacking eachother, and reassonable people from both sides trying to have a sane conversation in the middle of all that. People who has learned everything they know by google searchs and youtube videos who think they know more about acting than proffesional actors, more about writting than professional writers, more about science than actual scientists and they know everything about martial arts because they´ve been watching youtube videos about it for two years now xDxD Im not trying to tell anybody what to think, or what is right... Im just asking for a little bit less of SJW action, from both sides. People like you, who come to an amber heard video in an amber heard channel, when you clearly don´t like her already. What´s even the point in that..?? Yes, you think many feminists are going too crazy by telling people what to do and what to say, and now you start to do the exact same thing to random people you don´t even know..?? About the ragnarok thing, I agree with most of the things you said, so Im not going to debate a great deal about it (when I first saw the trailers, I said to myself.."I hope the movie is funny, but I don´t want them to turn Thor in to a clown... I hope he still is a serious guy overall, a serious guy with a bunch of funny stuff happening arround him. The straight guy in a comedy movie, that could be funny..." But in the end that´s exactly what they did :S:S) So, I didn´t really agree with that decission and I didn´t enjoy the movie that much (all tho I did enjoy the refferences to the simonson era in Thor comics, and to all the events in the Unworthy Thor series... I also liked the idea of Hulk being the hulk for two years in a row, so now he has the intelligence of a two/three years old kid, I liked tessa thompson as valkyrie...) But yes, I didn´t agree with the critics in that one either.
About zack snyder´s work in man of steel... I think it was good. I think it was modern but true to the character, interesting but not too crazy, I like some of the lines, I like the actors and the action, I loove the soundtrack... That´s about it. I think he did better movies before and after (Im talking about snow steam iron) I honestly don´t care about what movies you do like or not... Or what you believe about polithics. Or amber heard, or the people behind the MCU... I only would like a little bit more of politeness from annonymous people online, who judge other people´s lifes and works just like little kids do, when they´re young and they think they know everything... Man, the internet has turned the world into a giant highschool :S:S (with the abusive bullys, and the angry fuckt up nerds who talk behind the back, and the hot girls exposing herselfs, and the "tortured" poets... I get tyred just thinking about it xDxD) Also winny bitches like you and me, who have too much time to think, and end up believing their opinion actually matters... Who cares about freedom of speech, when we don´t have freedom of thought, when we all are a bunch of clones repeating things said by people we like, or we identify with... @@rilenixx, no. I meant it. I am not going to mix those unfair rumours floating nowadays with intent to bully Amber Heard with that of the movie, Aquaman. She is doing fine here, taking the role of Mera. Her height and physique compliments that of Jason Mamoa, and her acting is just enough to compliment the hero-character of Aquaman, not too overwhelmingly emotional but just a subtle hint of it. It is an action-film after all.
@@rilenixx, it is simple. As she has stated here in the interview, she really put-up so much effort in perfecting her role. Despite the physical demands using harnesses and all, she was able to do her part well. As what I have known about her, she tends to be very professional on her work and does not complain much on the physical pain she might have to endure during the process of the filming.
I do not go for those biases and I do not make judgements according to maligning second-hand sources that kept the rumour-mill.
