I have been trying to diagnose the slow crank no start for about a week on my 04 5.4 f150 and just tried what you said and it did the trick thanks man.
@@allenpreece2100 nope. We tested out alternator and battery 1st at advanced and autozone. Both fine and after changing the starter, battery terminals and checking this we decided to test the battery again and it was the issue after all
I was about to do all the stuff you mentioned until I found your video it was exactly what was wrong. I appreciate you figuring out the problem
My 06 ford f150 was doing this, I’ve try everything and nothing. I try this and that’s exactly what it was 🎉 thanks man

Never knew a 4.5 came in a ford 😂
My 05 expedition started doing this too. We have tried everything. I'm going to check this out. Thanks

Great clue!
My a/c had been making noise and it was near the a/c pulley.
Haven’t removed the belt yet but it seems like 2+2=4 today…
I think thats my problem. I’ve noticed my A/C drags the engine down when it’s running. Thanks for sharing
