Wonderfully executed! Beautiful trills, pianissimo and legato lines. Excellent breath control. She was definitely channeling Montserrat Caballe in this performance! Bravissima!

Ms. Meade at times hits the notes in the center like she should at other, many, times she does not. At times she skips notes, at times she does not give the value a note requires. This is not rubato or expression. This is just sloppy singing. I find it irritating because perhaps she has the material to be a truly fine singer, but for now, it is only off and on within the same aria or whatever the selection. In the spring I heard her as Donna Anna and all the defects present in this 2015 performance remain to be corrected.
