Joichiro is amazing. He's the best chef in any cuisine in Shokugeki universe. Now I know everyone will say "But Asahi beat him." I don't think that really matters. And him leaving cooking for a long while ain't really an excuse either. This dude can make up new flavors no one has tasted.
