This was such a good time for music. I wasn't into the late 90s nu metal stuff at all, so when this started breaking through it was great. Interpol, the Strokes leading to bands like the killers and arctic monkeys and a ton more. Good stuff.
God im so glad i found this again! This very video inspired me to learn both pauls and daniels parts! and then i tackled every song on this record many years ago when i was 13 im 27 now and i can safely say i wouldn't be able to even tune a guitar, much less play without these guys. ❤
I remember that rickenbacker. I saw them live in 2003 at a small venue (Canes Bar and Grill) and Daniel was playing it right in front of me... like 6 feet away. They played this very song!
Brian Paez I would think the opposite. Carlos has said a few times that he left for quite a bit of reasons, one of them being too much publicity. He said something among the lines of "I just wish I could go to the store without being recognized." He mainly left because of that and because he was bored
Carlos Dengler is the man lml

Carlos Dengler is hot as fuck, and so is his bass playing.
the vocal melody reminds me of This Charming Man, even the intrumental a bit
Woah never thought about this, definitely they were influenced by The Smiths

All time classic
I wish I have 3% of the coolness of Carlos D.
Wow, Paul has a different guitar.
This one is exceptionally good

dios, y pensar que ahí Paul tenía 24 años
Ya van a ser 20 años de esa sesión...
Classique performance
I really think Carlos D left because usually Paul Banks seemed to get the most attention...

3:24 carlos is in the pocket with this one holy shit
2:35 wtf calos!!
God, I miss him...
I can hear the smiths influence
Do you have the one where they played PDA?
Does anyone know where we can get the entire performance?
The lead singer's hair is making my nose itch.
Cuando Interpol era Interpol
