- Gear Head State of Mind! The new Godox X3-C! Haven’t tried it out yet because of scheduling and Spring Forward But it’s charged and ready to go!
The main differences between the two, so far is that the X3 has an integrated battery which is nice. But for longer events, might have to pick up two or stick with the older ones that use batteries.
I like it and it fits perfectly on the camera!

Got mine recently. Excellent upgrade. Unfortunately it came after 3 iterations.
They had to go through some trial and errors 😬
That 50mm is the size of my head, and I bet it's not worth it, not only from price standpoint, but the ease of handling too
I one hand this all the time. Price is typical for canon L lenses. I love it and if it’s truly the size of your head, hmmmm 🤔🤔🤣🤣
@@paul.ray_gray Photography gear is such a scam, and you know that, but to fill the empty void of insecurity inside you buy the gear anyway.
So much better.. I hate the size of the old one. I ordered immediately when I learned about this.

Only issue is it has to be same brand, Trigger will not work with neewer q4 for example. Research compatability before purchasing.
@@MrJkornd808 right, always do research before buying. A Canon Trigger won’t work on a Sony Camera., but this trigger does work with the the US version of Godox, Flashpoint.
My X3 C doesnt connect/trigger my cannon el-5 speed lite on my r6 mkii body . Is that an error or is it not supported?
The X3 C isn’t supported for canon speed lites. Only for Godox and flashpoint system.
