Pros
Folding drone for portability.
Lightweight at 214 grams with battery. May not require registration in some countries.
I was in error stating that this drone records 2K video. It actually records and saves 1080p video and 4K (4096 x 3072 pixel) photos. Camera lens can be manually pointed up ro down before flight.
Optical flow sensor automatically hovers the drone without pilot input.
Altitude hold, headless mode, and one key return.
3.7V 2200mah battery provides over 16 minutes flight time.
FPV video can be viewed, and video recorded directly to your phone using common 2.4Ghz WiFi. 5G WiFi is not required by this drone.
HFUN app (bit.ly/HFUN-And... , bit.ly/HFUN-iOS) provides ability to view and record video. Additionally provides advanced features of follow me, waypoints, and gesture control of camera.
Cons
Brushed motors will wear out eventually.
No SD card recording capability. Instead video and photo files are recorded directly to your phone via WiFi, with usual WiFi limitations of lag, and dropped or frozen frames.
HFUN app was very buggy with this drone. App crashed on me several times when video recording was activated.
Could not get follow me feature to work properly with this drone.

To measure the image following, first lock the target and turn the red frame, then press the record button. You press the record button at the beginning, so gesture recording fails and image follow fails.

@@Quadcopter101 The manual is never updated. The app programmer is not related to the manufacturer. You have to know. My method has been tried to achieve image following, but the locked character will not fail if it moves slowly.

That means that you are not connected to the drone's WiFi signal. Turn on the drone, then open your phone's WiFi settings. Look for the drone's WiFi signal in the phone's WiFi settings. Connect to that signal the same way that you would connect to your home WiFi (no password is required). Then open the app. The video signal should now be viewable in the app.

I got one of these drones the other day, flew it once till the battery ran out. Now the battery won't charge and don't have a clue where to get another one from

@@Quadcopter101 no mate, had it plugged in my xbox USB all night and still nothing. I opened the battery pack today and the two battery cells are both out of date so I think that's why. I used the cable that was sent with the drone so god knows. Think I'm just the unlucky one who's got the bad batch. Any clue of getting new batterys for it mate? Only place I've seen is on wish but they let me down already so don't really want give them anymore money for something that doesn't work
@@Quadcopter101 I've tried it in a wall charger to mate and still no power going in to it. Faulty battery as a guess its just where can I get a new one

I have a similar drone that use the same app but it is not showing wifi on my phone so I can't use the camera and the drone lights flashes when it's connected to the controller and at full charge.
What drone do you own? Also what model phone are you trying to use with it?
I'm using ladybird R8 and It used to connect with my iPhone 6s but it stopped connecting and I hadn't crashed it or anything.
Similar to the falcon 1808
The R8 uses standard 2.4Ghz WiFi, and should be viewable by all model phones. Try a different phone. If its WiFi signal still doesn't show up, then its WiFi module may be defective.

They're just frame grabs from the video that have been interpolated (enlarged) to higher resolution by the app. As they are frame grabs, they look the same as the video.
We can control the camera
Chinese are notorious for basically lying about the technical specifications. Again, save your money for a Spark. The DJI products have never once failed on me. Absolutely spot on with spec's and it's reliability. That's worth a lot to me.
I think Bugs makes the best entry-level drones. I always recommend them to people who want a first drone.

I have this drone. Don't think of it as anything other than an expendable to learn on. You certainly don't want to start learning on a magic or Storm 8. The first drone I had was a phantom which was absolute junk. It wouldn't even fly it would get 10 feet in air and fall to ground. The supplier wouldn't offer and relief their attitude was you bought it tough SH*t
