i think i mentioned on the O Come All ye Faithful video but you need to do the Disney Princess Medley and the Disney Heroes and Villians Medley (and a song you said you wanted to hear is in this medley). These give you many of the songs you are looking for and highlight the members. Princess medley is also one of their earlier songs.
This specific medley is based on three different types of love: Romantic Love (I see the Light from Tangled), Parental love (You'll be in my Heart from Tarzan) and Self Love (Go the Distance from Hercules).
They now have 11 members. when some of their earlier videos came out they were still forming so there are a few wirh just 8 of them. Also in 2020 two of the men (one tenor and one bass) exited the group and two new guys came in (who are as equally talented).
I consider voctave to be the orchestra of the accapella groups. They are actually my favorite of them because of their wall of sound and so many cool harmonies can be done with out having to record layering.
Disney and soundtrack soungs are their best work.
Prince of egypt medley ( though there is no video just audio) is awesome!
O Come All Ye Faithful was our first reaction to them but we will definitely have to check out the pulling track

Hey, thanks for doing this one! This is one of my favorites; having been in choirs before, I can tell you, VOCTAVE are amazing and absolutely top-notch! And they can do it all live too, I was lucky enough to see them a year or two ago. My personal favorite Voctave song is "Disney Princess Medley". Since you mentioned "Can You Feel the Love Tonight", you should know that Pentatonix has a great version of it, the video is good too.

As many might mention, Jeremy and Kirstin were engaged at the time... so you nailed it on their vibe! You also picked up on how amazed both of them were by singing with Voctave. There's a brief video that shows them practicing this piece... and when Kate Lott does the HIGH stuff, they can't keep a straight face! You talked about Voctave being a group or a choir? Yes. Group, Choir, Ensemble, Band... which works? My personal opinion is that 'bands' have musical instruments all the time. There is no "number of people" necessary to be 'defined' as a choir. Most a cappella enthusiasts call them a group (like PTX, Home Free and VoicePlay). But with 11 singers, Voctave might easily be correctly called a choir or an ensemble. They are definitely a cappella, unless they are performing with an orchestra. Glad you liked this so much! For some reason Voctave has not reached the level of RUclips success as PTX, VoicePlay and Home Free. You probably won't get quite the number of views/likes/comments with Voctave as with the "other three," but that's okay. They ARE amazing! Great reaction!
Had no idea that was Kirstins finacee so that's beautiful as the vibe felt real. Defintely a beautiful choir vibe and they may not get the simular views but we just love to focus on reacting to that beautiful talent
This was recorded just before Voctave was officially formed. In fact, the name of the group was suggested by Jeremy. You can tell how impressed he was by the voices he was hearing -- and there's only 8 singers in this recording. The arrangement was, as almost-always, written by Jamie Ray.

Jeremy was part of a group called the Acousticats but at this point he was transitioning to a career in internet marketing.
I'm so glad to hear that you enjoy the choir sound!! Voctave does "wall of sound" better than many other groups. I always get chills.
Jamie Ray, their talented arranger and one of their tenors, has said that he aims to write the parts for each person's range and voice type, so it's not just "here's soprano 1", it's Kate's part (she's the angelic high soprano on the end you mentioned).
The group has had some changes over the years, and since this is not their primary jobs, they don't do as many videos as the other big acapella groups. I believe all of them have sung professionally for Disney World at the Epcot park and they sound exceptional live as well. There are some videos online of them live and I hope to catch them on tour someday.
Voctave reactions don't always get as many views as the other acapella groups, but I hope you continue enjoying their music and sharing the joy with us.

The first song is from Tangled when they are in the boat watching the "lights in the sky". These two are singing it so beautifully. I believe the second song is from Tarzan. The third song is from Hercules. The high notes just seem to go on and on at the end. Wow, I think I would have passed out, and I am a singer. It takes so much air to hold notes that long and so much lung and breath control. What talent!!!

Acapella just means without instrumental accompaniment. So it doesn’t mean beatboxing for the background.

Love the acapella groups as well. Voctave is more "choral-like" and offers a different style, where Pentatonix is more trendy/beat box. Love them both for different reasons. It's just a style. Kirsten is also featured on a newer song of Voctave's "Show Yourself" it's audio only on RUclips I believe.

@highlyreactive7708 oct-ive as in give. It's a musical term for moving up from one scale, such as A1 thru G1 to A2 thru G2. A1 and A2 are one octave apart.
As a little example of the tight knit of the a cappella community, Kirstin met Jeremy during the fourth season of The Sing Off (the season that Home Free won). Jeremy was a member of the AcoUstiKats (composed of students from the University of Kentucky). They were eliminated in a double elimination round (the two groups were sixth and fifth). The other band eliminated was Voiceplay.

I think the first one was from 'Tangled'. Disney's take on Rapunzal. The lady that hits all the high/high notes is Kate Lott she is the short blond on the end closest to you on the left. Smiling while singing is a technique used especially on high notes. It helps keep your tongue out of the way.
Oh it's Voctave with a short A sound. At least that's how we pronounce it in the Colonies. Your lot across the pond always go for the long sounding vowels. It's really a tomAto / tomahto thing in the end.
P.S. The last song was from 'Hercules'.
