Heard Rēbuke drop this at the Brooklyn Mirage last weekend and was floored. It was one of a few moments that night where I looked around and saw the crowd interacting instead of just being focused on what was happening on stage-building memories with friends and romantic partners, meeting new people, etc. It was a reminder of how special this community can be when we are all one with the music.
With you on that brother. I'm from Sydney & miss the rave culture we used to have here. I'm 41 next month and nothing like the late 90's+ exists here anymore. It's just clubs with r&b and dub if you're lucky.
