No, it doesn't mean you're getting internet stalked xD, It's happened before and I've gotten notifcations on my tablet, (which is now a virus :C but that doesn't mean it'll happen to you.) there's just some people who like people's comments and just do it for fun. Not to make you scared or anything like that, it's just how it works around RUclips I guess?
