So far so good.. but the side pocket 42” is missing the top turn down markings.. so I’m taking a guess .. there are 2 marks 3cm down on the side.. but no dotted line per the demonstration pattern shown in the vid .. hoping placement works out now 😖
Hi there. I've recently bought this pattern and by watching this video, I've noticed an issue with the PDF! While trying to figure out where to put the pleats on the side pockets, I decided to watch this video for guidance. @ 5:41 (Side Pockets) I noticed that my pattern piece had hardly any printed lines, unlike the example in the video. This is why I couldn't figure out where to place my pleats! So, I went back to the PDF and investigated! It looks like in the Layers, these markings have been attached to Size 42 only. So the markings are not visible with any other size! Is there anything I'm missing? Am I able to include these markings for the other sizes? I would appreciate your help...my pattern pieces and partly sewn shorts are all over my sewing room! Many thanks.🤯
Hi there. Print the size 42 together with the size that you are making. I will of course check the pattern and update it, but this way, you can move along.

You have to measure the waist and hips to determine what size to make. The requirements are listed under the images in the size tab right here: wardrobebyme.com/products/cargo-shorts-sewing-pattern

1 cm at the top then the second fold is at the notch.
Are the medial part of the front pockets only secured by the waste band, or are they supposed to be attached to the fly-construction somehow?
