I'm used to your Toll Brothers videos and the classy, spacious luxurious homes they build. This is not it though. Thank you for posting these are very relaxing.
I love the outside, the color scheme inside, and the door handles but for this amount of square footage all of the rooms are tiny! With that much square footage you shouldnt enter the home and basically be in the living room/kitchen. I would expect a formal dining area. The kitchen needs more counter space and the bedrooms and bathrooms are just way too small. Its a shame because the cosmetic design of the place is very pretty, its just too small.
Love houses in this design! Prairie style homes, Mid Century style and Industrial Contemporary are my top favorite styles but I also have a soft spot for Cape Cod, Tudor and Storybook style homes too. 😄 Anyway, moving too slow around and about the house. Please pin the pedal!
You never mention whether these have a dreaded HOA or whether you have to pay the SIDS and LIDS. What are the property taxes like up there? Is anyone building single story houses there that are maybe only three bedrooms?

Property taxes can be found on the county website for the city of Lehi, which specific home would you like to know information on regarding the HOA fee?
I'm from Texas.. I'm just admiring the mountains :-) $856K, this would easily be over million in Austin. What is a cold storage? It's a beautiful home, but I do agree with the precious comment, all those upgrades, the master bedroom was a little disappointing, I think it should be larger with at least a seating area option, maybe a bay window. The basement area is really nice, we don't have that option in Texas.

Fernando I've notice these homes have a Cold Storage room. We do not have these in Los Angeles homes. Please forgive me for asking. What are they used for?
cywoods60 Typically People use Cold Storage here in Utah For food and other house hold items. We also stuff our attics with Insulation so anything you would normally store in there would also be found in the cold storage.

Add $10,000 for window treatments for all those windows. (materials and labor). Add $15-$20,000 to enclose the backyard with a fence and gates. Factor in the bill for watering that lawn. Plus, the EPA reports that gas stoves emit dangerous levels of methane even when they’re off. Need to upgrade to induction. MUCH safer. Plus the house will probably need radon abatement. Soft water system and water filtration for the unhealthy high metal content of that area. So basically add $40,000 to price of this home.
whats up with the water pools on floor in the garage in several spots - should not have leaking its bran new makes me think what else is wrong with the building

S Sneed I’ll check with the builder tomorrow and see, it’s been difficult to work with lots of builders here lately because of Covid-19. They’ve changed hours and laid people off all over. But I will check and see if the design studio is still open for questions.
Looking from the outside of the property as far as the aesthetics & the overall size is really misleading when you walk in & the home's interior is small and definitely these finishings don't scream uograde. On the second floor you did a quick run down not opening the majority of the door's so I don't know if it was closets or storage and finally that master bedroom & bathroom are beyond small I mean come on 🤔 their's no way two people can fit comfortably in there without bumping into one another. Do these builder's not believe in a his and hers master bathrooms and closets. Like I said the outside of the home doesn't match with the inside.
Love the fireplace, railing, the black wood design, the light over stairway, but the paint color and the decorating boring and dull....doesn't sell it for me at all....

Ugly there's no homey feeling to us like the cement and where is the foliage where are the trees I mean the scenery is beautiful but the Landscaping sucks it's for all the trees down just to build homes I love where I live absolutely gorgeous I'm right behind me is a an animal reserve we own it can't build on it but never would want to only have cleared out a little of the land so we can enjoy the animals the Bears on the deer

In the kitchen By putting cabinets on the counter takes away much needed counter space.

Its hot in the summer and cold in the winter. 6 yrs of that was enough for me. The house is beautiful though.
