Reusable Adhesive Rubber Putty is good for hanging posters and letters to a board or wall. And it wont damage the paper.
With having basically no furniture it definitely reminds me of a certain someone but unfortunately she can't be here to make that joke.

I guess one way to attach paper on a corkboard without damaging the paper is by attaching paperclips to the tacks. So the paperclips are holding the paper and the tacks are holding the paperclips.
Fun stuff about storing butter, the volatile flavor compounds in the butter are so delicate, they can be evaporated off from exposure to your everyday light.
The best way to store butter is in an opaque, covered container to prevent the loss of these delicate flavor compounds as well as to prevent oxidation and the absorbtion of aromatic compounds from the other food in your fridge.
If the butter is still in it's opaque wax wrapping while inside the ziplock bag, then it's honestly not a bad way to store butter.

What about a normal table, but with a hinged transparent top? So if you want to put or change something, lift the top, arrange, close again; and the weight of the "glass" keeps the letters/photos/whatevers down.

Ah yes, the Asian solution to the western problem.
I used to just put mine a small bowl and put it in the fridge, now I add the lid to the small bowl. My (Asian)parents used to just spoon a piece directly out of the end where they unwrap the butter stick.
