This thing works perfectly with the GT DD Pro 8nm (Boost Kit). People telling otherwise do overestimate 8nm or underestimate the solid construction of the Wheel Stand Pro. Before this I had mounted my DD Pro to a IKEA table with the table clamp and it almost shook off my desk light and PS5 from the table :). With the Wheel Stand Pro there is barely any movement if any movement at all. On top of that I can fold the whole combination and store it into a closet, placing the center column between gas and break pedals. I bought the Wheel Stand Pro for a T300RS of Amazon and reached out to the Wheel Stand Pro guys to send me two adapter plates for the wheelbase and the pedals. I got this delivered within 2 working days for 37€. I wanted to post this because there is almost no information about the combination GT DD Pro 8nm + Wheel Stand Pro besides the comments on this video. I am very happy that this combination works. It is foldable, you can manage your cables quite good and carry the whole thing. Without it, I would still be racing with a controller. Thanks a lot!
Happy to hear your positive experience with the stand and the company. Currently in a similar situation, bought my Wheel Stand Pro for a G920 but now upgrading for the CSL DD and going through the same as you of ordering the adapted plates.
I'm using the wheelstand with the Logitech G29 and I'm eyeing a better wheel because the the rattle is annoying as hell, but I was quite hesitant because I thought I'd need a rig able to handle the torque of the DD wheel for which I don't have the space. Learning I can just put the DD wheel on the wheel stand without issues is a quite pleasant information, thanks!
Great to hear this, I'm going to switch from a cheap thrustmaster entry level set towards the fanatec DD 8nm and already own the wheelstand pro. Guess I'm gonna start drilling a few 6mm holes then since the plate isn't prepared for fanatec^^
@@bertrand1678 No the normal one. I had to order the compatible plate for the wheelbase and pedals for CSL DD. The screws and everything were included.
Great…got it for my t300 years ago and it was always perfect, especially for smaller apartments..actually i‘m happilie awaiting my new one for my gt dd pro
I installed my Fanatec CSL DD 5Nm with the Fanactec Mclaren wheel and it feels great. When not looking at the price this wheelstand fits easily under my desk and takes up less space since I do not want to have my whole room dedicated to simracing (i play other games too)
Hello, can't answer this question until we get the wheel to test out, although I assume it would be too powerful for our stand. However, that is just a guess.
@@wheelstandproI’m looking at this option as well. Appreciate I would be turning power down to about 50% to begin with. By the way, my Wheelstandpro is one of the best and value for money deals I’ve ever bought. Originally for TM T300, currently with T-GT; added T-LCM pedals; Shifter add on and recently the adaptor to add the TSS handbrake. Just amazing. If I can put the DD+ etc on I will be delighted
Hello, I have a question, is it possible to replace/buy the upper part on which the base is mounted in the basic version of the Wheel Stand Pro? I ordered CSL dd from Fanatec ake on my wheel stand (not v2) I don't have this single hole.
Can i put the new logitech pro direct deive wheel on the wheelstand? Or does it not work i want ro buy one but i dont know if it will works with the wheelstand
No engañen porfavor
Thank you for that reply. Also do you have this wheel stand to fit the new Fanatec DD Extreme. It's the same wheel base just a little bit longer base front to back for that one top screw. This will be the 4th wheel stand that I will purchase for 4 different wheels. Thank you for your awesome products .
Yes, the G29 stand is identical in built, although the wheel plate is different and there are different pedals fastening parts and also the GTS plate for the CSL 2020 pedals included which are not a part of the G29 stand's box.
Hallo, bist Du immer noch zufrieden mit dem Aufbau? Wo genau hast Du die Platte für die Pedale bestellt und die Halterung für das Lenkrad für den DD Pro?
Unfortunatelly we can't agree with you as this stand has been tested with both wheels you mention for numerous hours before it was released and nothing of such thing was happening during use. Also a lot of our clients' feedback proves our point as well.
@@wheelstandpro I have a WSP I used a g29 on for 5 years, but it can't handle the Logitech Pro Wheel even turned down to 5nm, as Steve stated, it's bot enough mass on the bottom to stop it from wobbling with pedals and the shifter bar still there to give extra stability. The base would need to be wider. It was great for a g29, but once you have a heavier wheel with more power, it just doesn't hold up.
Engañan a la gente. Es importante saber de física y esas medidas y peso no es posible un correcto trabajo sin tambalearse... Corre mucho peligro el piloto con un volante de 8nw o 11 NW o 20 NW en ese diminuto soporte.

Hello, are the M6 screws included with the pedal plate ?and the video does not mention the length of the screws for the wheelbase.

Hello, yes they are included. They are M6x16 Allen Screws.
Is it possible to buy only the gts csl mounting plate as i already have the wheelstand?
I couldnt find it on your website I only found the gts plate.

Hi, interested in the mounting plate, but it places the pedals too far apart. Ideally, gas and brake pedal would be placed along the base tubes.
This is up to the pedals construction, not ours, sorry. There is some space where you can have option for mounting them in different places.

Yes, it does.
I can also second this, it works. The load cell pedals do not move at all when placed on a carpet. I cannot say anything about other floor materials.
