There is only one Kshatriya royals in Kerala, that was Meenachil Karthas. They were Surya vanshi Kshatriya, descendants of Maha Rana Prathap. Rest all of them are Shudras, Even Travancore Royals. They used to do ‘Hiranyagarbha’ a ritual to reborn as kshatriya. This was stopped at the time of British because of financial crisis.!
True that! But there is an important thing about Trvancore Royals. The time when Kerala was split and scattered into small princely states and areas, there was a powerful man who battled and conquered all the lands starting from South Kanyakumari to the borders of Kingdom of Kochi, who defeated the Dutch in yhe battle of Kolachil. His name is Anizham Thirunal Marthandavarma who laid the strong foundation of the Travancore royalty and established its powerful boundaries. So I don't really care if they are real Kshathriyas or if they are the descendants of Mahatanaprathap or did 'Hiranyagarbhadanam'.

My grandfather Chellappan Pillai completed the 9th standard in 1932, which was considered equivalent to a degree at that time for a high school teaching job. However, the Government denied him the job due to his mother's blood relation with Pallichal Pillai. The Padmanabha Temple temple in question belongs to Ettuvittil Pillai.

Thirdly, no credit or acknowledgement is given for the great contribution of the custodians of the remaining temple-wealth and its heritage treasures, who have, with incredible integrity, devotion, selflessness, courage, and industry maintained, preserved and protected it and continue to protect it, through the centuries, to this day.

True that! But there is an important thing about Trvancore Royals. The time when Kerala was split and scattered into small princely states and areas, there was a powerful man who battled and conquered all the lands starting from South Kanyakumari to the borders of Kingdom of Kochi, who defeated the Dutch in yhe battle of Kolachil. His name is Anizham Thirunal Marthandavarma who laid the strong foundation of the Travancore royalty and established its powerful boundaries. So I don't really care if they are real Kshathriyas or if they are the descendants of Mahatanaprathap or did 'Hiranyagarbhadanam'.
