@@johnjerrycondpan6 Not true. They used another R34 from Motorex, which had a HKS single setup. Hence the distinct sound. You can look up similar setups on youtube, and you´ll find some close matches.

@@johnjerrycondpan6 Oh for sure, they did a bunch of post edits on most cars :P The one car I know for sure sounds exactly the same, is the orange Supra. RPS stainless tubular manifold + T66 gives a very distinct sound as well :P Perfection imo.

@@Joshua_N-A thing is, not many were optioned with that engine, because of how vehicle tax works in Thailand. So, about 50dollars for the first 1600cc, then 0.12 dollars for every cc. after. For instance, 3.0 Litre -> 1600+1400 cc. -> 1600+5600 THB = 216 USD approx. NOT INCLUDING IMPORT TAX & other. That will push the retail price to high hell. So, say the the new 2.0 Supra is about 120,000usd (which is dumb,) the 3.0, on the other hand, is retailed at 156k USD for the base 3.0. So 36k difference, for similar performance and looks. Also, insurance, that’s a thing. That’s why most Bimmers are 2.0 petrol or diesel in Thailand, even most 5 series I’ve seen were opted with 2.0diesel. While everyday runabouts are 1200-2000cc. Then, there’s maintenance and parts cost that will bleed you dry when you take into account the IMPORT FEES of the parts. I wish we have more S54s, it sounds so good.
