62N300 is the number on the bottom of the box, that same number also appears on the bottom of the bottle too. I checked the number and it was manufactured march 2016. This new formulation smells the same as the original bottle I got from the department store so I think its real, that bottle was also dated March 2016. . However to me it does not smell anything like the vintage. (Im referring to La Nuit De L'Homme - EDT). It smells watered down, very weak.

I dont have that number, I have a bar code under all the writing. That number does not have any brackets. There is a number on the cellophane which is XOOOLD1G9X.

The fake is copying the first version that was released. In time the esthetic of the products is changed, usually if a reformulation happens the esthetic is changed as well. It does not mean that if the box you have looks like the fake I showed it's a fake. Check the batch code you have on the box or the bottle, it should be a vintage.

It is a lot about marketing these days. A lot of fragrances are put on the market, back in the days there were not as many. Whenever a new flanker is released they reformulate the one before it, this is how it works i think.

Copying a batch code is not hard at all. So yes, counterfeits can have batches that check out as beeing valid. Do you have a box also ? Does the box have the same batch code ? Did you buy the fragrance from an authorised retailer ?

people fall in fake because they just want to buy originals for cheap price , its like trying to get a Ferrari for a price of a normal car come on! and even some time fake has the same price as original , you are better off buying from the brand store or its online site or at least they will mention their own authorized sellers , you cannot trust anyone with parfum really.

That was a fast reply. Actually I bought one 50ml bottle and it just makes me sick smelling it, I don't really know how to explain it but it's more like it does not have any fusion between the notes. It's like the same when you spray and after the dry down. The name intense should say that it's louder than the original no.6 but this is just pure non-sense. The bottle has not-so-good polished glass and it has some bubbles on it. Made me wonder that it's a fake. Paid 43 dollars for it and I can confirm that this was my worst purchase ever. If the bottle I have is a fake it is the best I have ever seen. It’s nothing compared to this one I think it’s authentic but I’m not sure if it’s the actual year i was told.

yes, I've seen fake Aventus but it comes as a "tester" in a white box. I could get it if you want to, but the differences could only be presented on the bottle. The fake Aventus comes in 75ml and I only have an authentic 120ml, would be really a nice comparison. You can see my 120ml authentic in my Summer fragrances episode 1. I could get a 75ml fake so I can show it and most probably I will buy a new authentic 75ml bottle as well for a better presentation.

I just found a fake Aventus of 75ml that looks like the authentic blacked box with the silver logo, no white box like the testers, I will present it as soon as I get the chance.
I buy mine from Amazon for $60 +/- and another at a department store for $92 +/-. When the one from Amazon comes to my house, I take it to the department store saying that I no longer need it because my girlfriend bought me one knowing that I was running low. This way, your always getting what should be an authentic one with no questions asked. :-)

Plus the use of reverse engineering clones the juice and makes it very close to the authentic juice. I will also post a video on LNDLH Eau de Toilette classic. The fake one clearly says : La Nuitde l'homme .. Which is very subtle, it's La Nuit de l'homme (there is a space between the t and d)

I could get a 75ml fake so I can show it and most probably I will buy a new authentic 75ml bottle as well for a better presentation.
+Morbus Hodgekin It's not that, it is about the fact that it is much easier to sell fakes as testers because faults on the bottles are much easier to look over, and no need to go for copying the authentic boxes because it takes expert's work on this.
I just found a fake Aventus of 75ml that looks like the authentic blacked box with the silver logo, no white box like the testers, I will present it as soon as I get the chance.

I buy mine from Amazon for $60 +/- and another at a department store for $92 +/-. When the one from Amazon comes to my house, I take it to the department store saying that I no longer need it because my girlfriend bought me one knowing that I was running low. This way, your always getting what should be an authentic one with no questions asked. :-)

Callum Coyne Like I've told anyone, fakes lately get better, the reproduction of box and bottle seems to be more acurate lately. Plus the use of reverse engineering clones the juice and makes it very close to the authentic juice.
I will also post a video on LNDLH Eau de Toilette classic. I have an 100ml vintage bottle and I will get a fake as well.
