***Most of the fakes of this fragrance have the "yves saint-laurent" name on the metal plate thats on the bottle, this one on the video had them too but they fell off, on some fakes they dont fall off easily, and for the accessory thats glued on the box of the authentic Y YSL , sometimes its on the inside of the boxes(retail stores and discounters do that) theres other authentics of YSL Y EDT that dont have that accessory glued to the box of course, if u buy the fragrance and dont find one inside or glued outside it doesnt mean ur purchase is fake, check out the cellophane wrap if its well done or not and if its cheap like material or if its better quality, check out the YSL logo on the top of the box as well if its well done or not, ...ive seen so many fake versions of YSL Y edt and this is the closest one to the authentic so guys pls watch out!..

This helped me too!!!! I thought it was a fake for days then decided to search. I had authentic bottle first then this second bottle was garbage. Didn't smell the same and I started seeing the same signs you're showing in video. Really pisses me off. I bought this on eBay and after a couple weeks, the seller deleted the listing so I couldn't return. 🤬🤬

@@TheJoe111599 yes thats what *some* crooks on ebay do, once they sell a dozen of fakes in a period of a month or so they delete the listings and sometimes the whole account, they r crazy and pathetic to think that fast money will last them long, easy come easy go! I have the band on the side of the packaging. no barcodes on the side of the box. It’s 200ml made in august batch and the folding of the plastic is a slightly different shape/ pattern on the top and bottom ??
may be thats the case for 200ml but i cant tell u if its 100% authentic since i havent seen it, u can send us photos of it to our instagram: ohtheparfum, make sure u follow so i can be notified when u send a message otherwise it'll just (automatically) go to spam..

What's the difference between the EDP and EDT?
The edt lacks performance and longevity what the edp have. Get the edp. Smells way better, people also say its better than Sauvage.

No its not a fake! That second Bar code is an exception, dont worry about it..
Bought a fake one I guess from macys so weird guess commercial business get scammed to
from what i heard, sometimes some shady customers buy the authentic perfumes and replace them with fakes, especially the bottles.. its getting common now, and sales assistants and their managers r trying hard to deal with that..but anyways if u found urs to be fake, take it back or send it back and ask for a refund..

Good vid. I just bought a 200ml Y EDP from Notino. I couldn't really find anybody else selling the 200ml so thought it could be fake. Tbh I can't see a well respected discounter selling fake goods.

I bought a Y Live intense from Walmart and I noticed the
X box next to the barcode😬😬 might that also be a fake??
What about the YSL insigna on the top? Is it visible or a bit blurry and hard to notice? And for the X mark it only applies on YSL Y edt , i dont think the fragrance u bought is a fake for a solid reason which is theres NO available fakes of YSL Y live on the market, it might be out in 2021.
The ysl insigna is very visible. I wonder why Y Live is taking so long for a U.S. release

@@lebronramsay13 yes theres but the color of the juice/bottle says it all, the fakes that ive seen have a much lighter blue color than the authentic. They improved it a whole lot more than before though. I can say that the same differences on this video apply on YSL Y edp..the cap of fake YSL edp is hard to open not as smooth as the authentic that clicks right into place..bare in mind some crooks now buy authentic EMPTY bottles of ysl y edp and fill them with cheap generic juice so id avoid buying a fragrance that comes with no box unless u know the seller or ppl have vouched for him or if the website that selling is known to be legit..✌

Dear brother, as i said in many videos i dont buy fragrances online! Doesnt matter if its fake or real. Except Zara fragrances and some middle eastern perfumes like for exemple Lattafa from their official website lattafa .com, the videos r to show differences between the fakes and real ones NOT to show which websites r good or which r not or where u should buy and where u shouldnt so ty for understanding, ty for stopping by & happy new week!
