- 🛒I rode my e-bike for 400 miles on Arizona's highways. This is day two of five. Payson to Mormon Lake Area.
Going over the rim was no joke. Not really safe for bikes, but I knew that before I ever rode on it. Lucky all went well. At the end of this day I camped using my one man tent.

Will have to try canned fruit on my next tour. Great food idea for touring.

I’m hoping to attempt long rides late next year, once I get the replacement bike built, and I have been working on the means of carrying the needed supplies. (Due to health issues, many of which I was born with, I need to carry a fair amount of medical equipment when I travel.
Been taking frozen peach cups a lot.
What do you do to prevent flats
Stop using your phone and get a garment instinct solar. Watch.
Next time you ride on a highway...ride your bike on the side road.
Not always safe to do so. When the bike is over 30 MPH and the road is clear it safer because the road is in better condition, and there is less metal debris. These speed happen down mountains. Also many roads in Arizona do not have a shoulder or an alternative road.
It upsets me that people have to have alot of money to live in God's beautiful Wood country
