same but i still find it strange how a house can be priced at £5.5million and you still have neighbours that are right next to you and can look into your garden
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
Lord give me neither poverty nor riches but sufficient for my daily needs and help me to concern myself with the needs of the poor in my community. You are good and the world is passing away so help me to love not the world but to love you instead.

For 5.5 mill I'd want a house with character inside and out in an exclusive area. This house is decorated and designed by the numbers('no sense of taste') and looks like it's 2 plots made into 1. See @ 0:15 looks like two semi-detached houses on the left.
My grandparents lived on a 100 acres with a house in the “Gone With the Wind” grand style.I would never pay this amount for a house with so little land & neighbours left & right. What people will pay today for just a house & no private land is unbelievable.
It’s beaconsfield, I’m not sure if you’ve ever been around that area. Probably 1 minute down the road you can be straight on the motorway to London and arrive maybe 20 minutes later. It’s a great area.
and it is on half an acre but is hemmed in with the houses either side. For the amount of money they are asking you'd expect more space, the whole thing isn't very private.
@@finlaystech I’m in Marlow currently, which is quite close to beaconsfield, and depending on the spec it’ll be give or take 1-1.75mil for a detached 5 bed. Some are around 2+ for a better spec and more garden area.
What's with the comments about looking cold and having no character or looking like a gallery? Of course it's going to look like that, people haven't moved in yet, it IS for show

A home is where u live in peace and are content with. As such a home is a delight (paradise) when u and your partner are happy together, no matter how basic or small it may be. But a home where u are always fighting or quarelling is hell, even if that place is a palace
I loved it!!! 😍🥰🥰 This is how luxury is defined in most of Asia. Here in Britain, everything is so old and narrow and the houses small but of course full of history and character. If I win a lottery, I would buy a house like this in a heartbeat... but for 5 million it seems a bit pricey. For me 2 to 2.5 million represents best value in south of England. Up north or in Scotland, 1.5 million or thereabouts. If I am spending 5 million, I would definitely shop around. 😀
@@courtneyyates2769 you're one of those bot accounts I keep seeing on here pushing dodgy investment schemes on unsuspecting people. Shame on all of you.

I’m sure some would agree but as much as these types of houses are beautiful and have some amazing architecture, they are just so unnecessarily big and are just too much of a show home that I would never like to live in one purely because it just wouldn’t feel like a home. I get that this would be a dream and a goal for some but I’m good mate.
At least a Hot tub problem with pools in England most days it's too cold, it's only warm enough to want to jump in a outdoor pool a couple days a year lol That plus not much land so per SQ it's one of the most expensive in the world in the UK, especially London it's second most expensive in the world and were not even as rich as Singapore (I think they're #1 for most expensive housing), Dubai, UAE
